What this site collects and exactly what it's used for.
Meeting check-in
When you check in, we store your name, email, phone number, and the event in the club's private member records. That's how attendance and engagement scores work. Only the FMA board can see the full records.
Score lookup
The members page shows names with masked emails (like ada***@unlv.nevada.edu) and scores. The leaderboard shows first name and last initial only.
Paid membership
Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their secure checkout. We never see or store your card number. We record your name, email, phone, and that you paid, so your membership counts.
Guides
Every guide is free with no sign-up and no email required. Anything you type into a calculator or checklist stays in your own browser. It is never sent to us.
Site analytics
We count which pages get visited (just the page address, nothing about you) so we know which guides help the most. No cookies, no trackers, no third-party analytics.
The one promise
We never sell or share member data with anyone. It exists to run the club, full stop. Questions? DM @fmaunlv.
